  • Renee’s goal is to foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages her clients to reach their goals and successes.

    Throughout her time at the elite professional level, and through her time undergoing a 12-month ACL rehab, she has been repeatedly exposed to a professional level of service - she always felt she was a high priority, being looked after and given the best guidance throughout her journey. This experience has left her with a passion to ensure that each individual she works with receives that same care and support.

    As a former AFLW player, Renee enjoys channelling her competitive energy and sporting passion towards playing in the VFLW. Renee has always had a passion for sport, specifically the AFL which she has loved since the age of 5.
