  • Adam is a long-time fitness enthusiast. He grew up playing soccer and spending time in the outdoors hiking and camping around Scotland.

    When he left school, he knew I wanted to broaden his knowledge of training and carve out a career in the fitness industry, which led him to study Applied Sport & Exercise Science at University.

    While going through his studies, Adam started coaching at a personal training gym and never looked back. To this day, his passion for coaching comes from his belief that people's everyday life is elevated by being strong, fit and healthy. 

    Most weekends for Adam are either spent camping around Victoria, playing a round of golf, or watching a series on Netflix.
