  • Steph grew up in Sydney and moved to Melbourne at 17 to train at the Australian Ballet School, graduating in 2021. Her years of elite dance training and performance taught her discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of the physical demands of high-level movement.

    During this time, she worked closely with strength and conditioning coaches and physiotherapists and quickly realised the incredible impact targeted training and rehabilitation had, not just on performance, but on people’s confidence, function, and overall wellbeing. This inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University, combining her passion for movement with a desire to help people of all backgrounds improve strength, mobility, and long-term health.

    Steph continues to draw on her performance background to design programs that help clients move better, prevent injuries, and feel more confident in their everyday lives.
