  • Endurance training and events are a huge interest for Stephen. Having completed 7 marathons in 7 days, the mental challenge is something he thrives off.

    Stephen understands the importance of setting small, manageable habits to best achieve your goals and get results. This is an area he emphasises to help his clients along their fitness journey.
