  • We train busy professionals from a range of different industries. We understand the stressors of juggling a busy work calendar, family and social schedule. We aim to find a balance that is manageable in the long term and as a result, will help increase your energy levels, productivity and output in your work.

  • Definitely not! Every client will begin with a full screening to ensure we start your training at an intensity that is suited to your fitness level. Slowly, you will be challenged and progressed closer towards your goals week by week.

  • Strength training is one of the safest practices we can do when guided by a professional. In fact, getting stronger reduces your likelihood of injuries when participating in other sports, hobbies or completing day to day tasks. Our experienced coaches will assist in providing a safe environment for you to increase your strength and improve your health and fitness.

  • Our personal trainers are equipped to design a training program for all your individual needs. This includes modifying your training for all injuries, regardless of how major they be. Our services at Absolute Health & Performance also include Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Massage and Sports Medicine. So, you can be sure you will receive the best possible support for your injury and return back to your best.

  • Age should never be a barrier to exercise, we train children as young as 10 all the way through to adults in their 80s. When prescribed under the guidance of a professional, strength training for older adults can slow the physical signs of aging, protect against falls and improve your quality of life.

  • Yoga and Pilates are great forms of training. However, they can often lack a large enough training stimulus to get sustained improvements in strength and cardiovascular fitness. Strength training, when paired with Yoga or Pilates can create an excellent weekly training routine, that will help take you closer to your health and fitness goals.
